Our Preventative Maintenance Program
Consultation Call
When you call our office, our dispatcher will forward you over to our management team to discuss your preventative maintenance questions and needs. Our goal is to learn about your business, and your HVAC needs. We will schedule a time for our Account Manager to come to your site to collect equipment information.
Equipment Survey
Our maintenance technician will come out to your site to create an equipment inventory and site map to provide an estimate of your HVAC issues. Every location has different HVAC needs. For an accurate estimate, it is important to visit the location.
Proposal
Based on the information from our consultation, we will provide a competitive proposal to earn your preventative maintenance business. We can set up a proposal review meeting, call, or communicate via email.
Inspection
We will send a trained HVAC Technician to your location to complete your first preventative maintenance inspection. Our technician will provide a detailed report to you via our Field Edge dispatching software. We will provide an estimate for any additional repairs required to get your equipment into operating condition.
